• The name of your student(s) will be listed alphabetically, along with address, phone number and year of graduation.

• Each child will be listed individually even if there is more than one in a family.

• You need only fill this form out once, unless you would like to make changes or you have another child attending A.I. in a future year.

• Families listed in previous directories that have no changes will automatically be included again this year with the understanding that they agree to renew the “pledge.”

• The pledge is binding.  Other parents will expect that if your name appears in this directory you will not serve or allow the use of alcohol or drugs by high school guests in your home. You also agree that you will be present and provide visible adult supervision at teenage parties in your home.

Parent Pledge: I pledge that I will not serve or allow the use of alcohol or drugs by high school guests in my home.  I pledge that I will be responsible for providing visible adult supervision of teenage parties in my home.  I understand that this commitment is made for the duration of my child’s enrollment at A.I. du Pont High School.
